Wings

So this story will break the fourth wall at times… But not so often that it will be annoying… Woof!

In the library bathroom stall…

Sasha groaned. Her head ached. “Owww… What happened?”

She felt heavier and off balance. She toppled over as she stood up.

“Oof!”

She slowly climbed the wall. A heavy head: Steadying herself. Then turned to face the bathroom mirror.

“Huh?” What kind of hat I’m I wearing?

She touched her head. Feathered wings like a crown.

“What…? On my head… What is this!?” She said leaning into the mirror.

White and brown feathers on her head and more on her shoulders! And her eyes… They are gold!

She then saw something in her mind. A vision of terror! Blue arms. Daggers. A menacing jaw. Sinister bloodshot eyes. Screams!

Then the feathers on her head vibrated. Then like wings began to flap.

“Wahhhhhh!”

The wings took her out of the bathroom flapping wildly — and in the commotion she ran through bookshelves toppling them over… CRASH!

“Wahhhhhhh! Helpppp! Get this thing of me!”

Library goers woke to her cries. THUD! CRASH!

“No! No! No! No!” The wings pulled her closer to an open balcony.

“No! No! Ahhhhhh!” She was dragged off the ledge now falling six stories towards the bustling city. Hurtling to her ****!
